As a real estate professional in Davis, Salt Lake and Utah Counties (having lived and worked in all 3 counties over the past 25 years), I have in-depth local knowledge and can provide you with the information you need on home buying, home selling, financing and owning real estate in Utah. As a Residential Real Estate Agent and Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have found great purpose in saving families from foreclosure, rescuing their credit, and providing professional expertise and support that helps guide them through a difficult life challenge. This is some of the most personally rewarding work I've ever done. Before I became a REALTOR® in the 1990s, I earned my Bachelor's degree in International Relations with an emphasis in business. I worked as a stockbroker's assistant for Merrill Lynch, a Paralegal for a law firm in Orange County, and owned a small business merchandising Disney© licensed products in Arizona. It was a perfect fit to merge my entrepreneurial spirit and my love for business and law into my profession as a REALTOR®. I have also enjoyed the many opportunities I have had to use my interior design and décor skills to help Sellers prepare their homes for sale. My creative side loves to create marketing campaigns for my Sellers that are effective in drawing out the right buyers for their properties. My education and background provides a strong foundation for me to successfully represent either buyers, sellers, or investors, and help them meet their real estate goals. On a personal note, like most of you, I enjoy most anything--when it involves family. Although dinner and a movie is often the favorite standard, I enjoy hiking; skiing, boating, board games and thru the years have enjoyed watching my sons play football, soccer, baseball, and basketball. Because community is also very important to me, I've served as a Director on the board of my homeowner's association which includes 235 homeowners, am active in the PTA, and in my civic and church community. I love helping families find their "right" home and find great satisfaction in helping people move forward in their lives as they buy and sell real estate.
