I believe that there should be zero salesmanship when it comes to helping someone into a home. No body likes a salesman. I am different from every other Realtor because of one key thing: I am a MATCHMAKER, not a SALESMAN. I actually listen to what it is you want. Then, simply find a perfect matchmake for you and introduce you to exactly what is it you want. When that is done properly, the home will sell itself. Simple! Buying a home is fun with me. I believe that education is extremely important when buying or selling a home. I educate my clients all along way, so that when you are ready to put in that offer, you can make an educated and intelligent decision, and NOT just take my word for it. All of the anxiety is taken out of the process, because you know what to expect. In this extremeley complicated Utah market, you need an agent that can think outside the box and navigate towards getting accepted offers. This is an area I excell in; having made the top ten agents nationwide 5 years in a row now. One must evolve and adapt to an ever changing market and this is part of my due dilligence to you, to keep up with the changes.
